Deliver training and assessment on a range of qualifications together with underpinning knowledge. Delivery involves producing schemes of work, lesson plans, learning materials and assessment plans, and any other related activities that impact on learning effectiveness.
Freelance First Aid Trainer

Be responsible for all HR processes and procedures throughout the company including recruitment, selection and retention, induction, compliance and policies, performance management, training and development. Have an overview of all employee relations. Ensure that we are fully compliant with Safer Recruitment and that the Central Registrar is fully accurate and up-to-date. Provide legal advice to the Directors and the General Manager onany employment regulation up-dates, HR processes or staffing issues. Understand and ensure full implementation of company’s policies and procedures, in particular,relating to child protection, Health, Safety and Welfare, Safer Recruitment and Security.
Social Media and Marketing Manager
The Social Media and Marketing Manager should have a passion for listening to customers and followers to enable creative and engaging content to meet their needs. The Social Media and Marketing Manager should also have an equal passion for social mediums and be an early adopter of new social media capabilities.
The Social Media and Marketing Manager will know how to employ strategies (both paid and organic) on the appropriate social platforms and work to utilize analytics to understand performance to optimize and adjust moving forward.

As a marketing volunteer, you will have to promote the work of AY Group CIC to potential clients and stakeholders by developing and overseeing marketing campaigns.
We are looking to bring together a small team of fashion designers to develop our new fashion brand, EYSIAT, an online fashion store. Proceeds raised from EYSIAT are invested back into our work to support young disadvantaged people to find employment.
The main area of work for the fashion designer we are looking for is high street fashion and mass manufactured garments. You will research buying patterns, seasonal trends and celebrity catwalk influences which play a key role in the design process. It is a commercial area and heavily media led.
Provide administrative support to the staff of AY Group CIC. Working in a small office you will be the first point of call for people wishing to find out more about the activities of AY Group CIC.
